If there are fraudulent charges incurred as a result of shopping on our site, Agebest Basics® will pay this $50 worth of charges. In the event of any unauthorized use of your card, you must notify your credit card company immediately in accordance with their rules and procedures.

Should Agebest Basics® be sold or a significant part of our assets are sold to another entity, all customer information we possess may be transferred to the new company.
